/ A new dealer will represent ChTZ in the European Union
Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant has signed dealership agreement with a Hungarian company "Paragraph". The company is going to promote ChTZ not only in Hungary, but also in other countries, where it has any connections, for instance in the Middle East.
The head of "Paragraph" Mikhai Khorom paid a business visit to ChTZ to round his intentions. He also took with him two representatives of a developed construction company from Oman Sultanate. The delegation included deputy of Hungarian parliament Arpad Velez, deputy chairman of collateral Russian-Hungarian parliamentary committee on cooperation.
Members of the delegation met ChTZ general director Vyacheslav Yumatov to thoroughly discuss plans of cooperation. During the meeting the parties discussed possible shipments of ChTZ products to large Hungarian construction projects, prospects of shipments of bulldozers to construction workers of Sultanate Oman, and issues connected with the process of ChTZ products certification to the EU standards. The dealer is going to get a hold on the certification issues, because obtaining such certificate can get ChTZ large opportunities in the promotion of ChTZ equipment on European markets.
After discussing plans and prospects the delegation, accompanied by ChTZ head of export sales to non-CIS countries Vladimir Klein, visited ChTZ production space. They observed tractor and wheel loader assembling on staples, got acquainted with assembled and ready to be shipped equipment and watched equipment getting loaded to railway platforms and shipped to customers.
According to Vladimir Klein, the owner of the construction company from Oman liked the ergonomics of ChTZ B12 bulldozer cabin. He personally tested the bulldozer, complimented the operator's seat for comfort and good field of view. As the Hungarian dealer mentioned, partners from Sultanate showed their interest in buying a few bulldozers. They need such equipment for housebuilding, it will prepare sites for foundation. So they decided to continue their talks.
Summarizing the visit Vladimir Klein optimistically estimated the opportunities of cooperation with new European partner, noting "Paragraph"s high potential and the fact that "Paragraph"s leader is well known by public.
Mikhai Korom came to dealership from cinema. He is a cinema producer, he has 7 finished cinema projects, including 6 full-length movies and one TV-series. Moreover, he still has a cinema company back in Budapest and wants to keep both directions working.
- Moviemaking is very interesting but I also like metals and heavy industry, - Mikhai says. - I heard much about the history of your equipment. I realize now that I want to see on our construction sites not only expensive "posh" tractors but also soviet, that is nowadays Russian ones. So, when I and my partner decided to become a ChTZ dealer in Hungary, we got an opportunity to make this wish real.
