The export loader Is equipped with air conditioner, gearbox and axles made in Germany. It successfully went though all tests, was approved by special commission, completed all customs procedures.
The loader was thoroughly prepared to the long journey. First, it is transported by railroad to Saint-Petersburg. Then it goes to South America by sea across the Atlantic. The naval transportation process is worked out. The machine is preserved and covered with a special protective compound that prevents destructive environmental impact.
After arrival the loader will first fulfill its presentational and educational mission. Our trading partner plans to develop its business in Latin America with ChTZ, so he is up to conduct a large scale ChTZ presentation using its product, delivered across the ocean. Peru business sphere, officials and mass media will attend the presentation. The presentation will even include a special test-drive that will be able to show the capabilities of ChTZ machinery.
Only after this the loader will be sold to one of Peru mining companies to do earthmoving. Some time ago a company representative visited Chelyabinsk plant and chose a suitable machine.
In future it is planned to use Chelyabinsk bulldozers and loaders as educational equipment for students, future mechanics that will provide technical maintenance for road-construction equipment shipped by ChTZ. Our trading partner made an agreement with Senati company that has access to multiple technical educational institutions. The agreement implies that students will get acquainted with ChTZ equipment technical peculiarities and aspects of its use.
