OF "ChTZ - URALTRAC", LTD. We consider the quality of the products and the processes of the quality management system as the key condition of the market penetration and expansion, economic status stabilization and company development in the interests of our customers, staff, suppliers, and society. The principal aims 1. Our aim is to produce and to promote the industrial tractors, engineering machines on their base, diesel engines, assemblies and other products and services corresponding with the consumer needs and expectations to the utmost. 2. Our aim is to develop and to produce the new models having the competitive advantages both in the local and foreign markets. 3. Our aim is to consolidate and to develop our relations with the consumers in the world market as well as to play a leading role in the Russian market. The major tasks 1. Our task is to apply and to certify the Quality Management System for the meeting of the requirements GOST R ISO 9001-2001, to keep it acting and to promote its further improvement. 2. Our task is to improve the welfare of each employee due to the steady increase of the product quality. 3. Our task is to modernize steadily the operational and other parameters of the produced tractors and the engineering machines on their base, to apply the latest engineering developments, the up-to-date manufacturing methods and the equipment providing with the high reliability and safety of the manufactured products. The methods of the assigned task solutions 1. We have to inform our employees about the aims and the tasks assigned by the quality policy via various campaigns and mass media. 2. We have to provide conditions for labor motivation of each employee. 3. We apply the latest technologies. 4. We provide with the stable quality of the products by timely non-conformity analysis and by corrective and preventing actions. 5. We arrange the work with the suppliers at the mutually beneficial quality requirements and follow them carefully. 6. We advance our staff in skill steadily and improve the personnel training system.
